Care4Vaccines is a personal reference tool for tracking your family's vaccination history. It is not a medical product. By using the site you accept the terms below.

You must be old enough to create an online account in your jurisdiction (typically 13+, or 16+ in the EU). Add your own children, your own records, your own family. Do not use the service to store information about people who have not given you permission to do so.

You own the records you create. We hold them on infrastructure we operate and protect them with the measures described in our Privacy policy. You can edit or delete any record at any time. Deleting your account removes everything you created from active storage.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, dosage decisions, or substitution for a healthcare professional. The schedules we render are compiled from public sources for personal reference only. Always confirm dates, intervals, and contraindications with a qualified clinician before acting on what you see here.

Do not attempt to access other users' data, abuse share links, scrape the site, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its operation. Do not use the service to commit fraud (for example, forging immunization documentation). We reserve the right to disable accounts that do.

Share links you generate are public for their lifetime (30 minutes). Anyone with the link can download the relevant PDFs. Treat them like a single-use access token; do not post them publicly.

We run the service on a best-effort basis. There is no service-level guarantee. Features may change. We may take the service offline for maintenance or retire it entirely with reasonable notice.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or any decision made based on information shown by the site.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
